I came from Canberra to visit my partner and accidentally destroyed her kitchen light on the eve of Boxing day, so I needed to have it fixed asap. Ryan was absolutely brilliant! Had a faulty element in my oven. Contacted the manufacturer - no help other than to contact their local service rep - no help, fobbed me off. Contacted Ryan, he was immediately responsive, arrived at his stated time and repaired my oven in little over ten minutes. 10 out of 10 from me.

We've always had trouble with tradie's getting back to us. Not Ryan, he gets straight back to you, turns up when he should, gives a competitive quote and is efficient. He doesn't waste time and does work that does not need to be redone. As well as that he's a good bloke!
