Sent a message through the web, was called within 30 minutes. And Ryan turned up at my house 10 minutes after that, he offered solid advice, booked him for two fan installations. Prompt arrival, friendly to talk to. Installation was efficient and professional, after testing the products he cleaned up after the work. WE have just had Knoght Power install a generator and power inlet for when we lose power as has done in the past.his advice for the Genset was better than I had for a chinese unit and am very appreciative of his assistance.
