Sent a message through the web, was called within 30 minutes. And Ryan turned up at my house 10 minutes after that, he offered solid advice, booked him for two fan installations. Prompt arrival, friendly to talk to. Installation was efficient and professional, after testing the products he cleaned up after the work. I came from Canberra to visit my partner and accidentally destroyed her kitchen light on the eve of Boxing day, so I needed to have it fixed asap. Ryan was absolutely brilliant! Very helpful and competent, he was a pleasure to do business with. Ryan managed to come in a matter of hours when a lot of other businesses flat out refused to (due to the fact that I needed the service on the Monday after the Christmas weekend), or quoted ridiculously high prices.
